1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If not satisfied within the first 7 days of initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. Limited to one refund per user/account.

2. Lifetime Plan Refund

Eligible within 7 days, provided that:

No more than 5 EA files uploaded and processed

No more than 20 licenses generated

Account not used to distribute protected EAs to end users

3. Non-Refundable Items

Subscription renewals after the initial 7-day period

Add-on services or custom development work

Accounts suspended or terminated for violations

Requests made after the 7-day window has expired

Second or subsequent refund requests from same account

4. How to Request a Refund

Include order ID, plan name, and reason for refund

Our team reviews your request within 24 hours

Approved refunds processed within 3-5 business days to original payment method

5. Cancellation & Downgrading

Plan remains active until end of current billing period

No partial refunds for unused days in billing cycle

EA files and license data accessible for 30 days after cancellation

Active licenses continue to function until their expiry dates

6. Service Disruptions

Significant downtime (4+ consecutive hours) may qualify for a prorated credit or partial/full refund at our discretion.

Note: Scheduled maintenance (announced 24+ hours in advance) is not considered downtime.

7. Disputes

Escalate to support@eashield.com with subject "Refund Dispute — [Your Order ID]". Secondary review within 48 hours.
